Pros & Cons of Esoterica Fade Cream: Our Full Review
Posted by admin on November 5th, 2011About Esoterica Fade Cream
This particular product is one that isn’t very well known but to those who have used it, it’s not exactly a miracle cream. Esoterica is by far one of the least expensive fade creams on the market costing only $5 to $8 depending on where you purchase it from. While the price is great, in this case the age old saying of “you get what you pay for” really does apply.

The most active ingredient in Esoterica is hydroquinone. This is one of the ingredients that we always tell our readers to avoid. Hydroquinone is actually in the process of being banned in many countries and even states in the United States now. It is linked to severe side effects and it is believed to be a cause of certain cancers in many individuals who use products containing this ingredient.
That being said, Esoterica is already a no go product to us. On top of that reasoning there are other facts that discredit purchasing this cream. Reviews of this fade cream are almost ALL negative. Many people say it does absolutely nothing while others claim they only saw minimal results. Even at $5 for a bottle, this is NOT a deal.
There are hundreds, if not thousands, of other creams and products available that do a thousand times better than Esoterica. The very best skin lighteners cost around $30 to $50 per bottle but are justified with fantastic results. Meladerm, for example, is capable of reducing the effects of dark spots, age spots, melasma and even freckles. It is also completely safe to use because it is made up of all natural ingredients and does not have harmful byproducts such as hydroquinone thrown in the mix.

Many people to this day argue about the pros and cons of hydroquinone. At one time it was seen as the absolute best skin lightening agent but that opinion has changed drastically. There are products that lighten the skin significantly that are made with %100 organic ingredients that don’t produce unwanted side effects, or worse, cancer.
So, if you’re wanting to purchase a reliable, effective product for skin lightening do we think Esoterica Fade Cream is a good choice? No, we don’t. If you want to see real results without having to worry about your health in the process, stay away from products like this. Sure, it’s great that they’re inexpensive but the end result is disappointing and you could end up with a worse situation than you have with just a skin discoloration.
